Shipping, Returns, Disputes, and Chargeback Policy
Shipping and Fulfillment
Some LEGACY MOTOR CLUB merchandise is custom or made-to-order (collectively “Pre-Orders”). Please allow up tofourteen (14) days for production and fulfillment prior to shipment. Once shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Pre-Order items are subject to release dates communicated at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines for Pre-Order items may vary.
All Sales Final / Limited Return Policy
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of certain merchandise, all sales are final, except as expressly stated in this policy.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted only under the following circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged or defective;
- The item can be reasonably verified as lost in transit; or
- The item received differs materially from what was ordered due to a fulfillment error by LEGACY MOTOR CLUB.
No other returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted except for size exchanges as described below.
Order Cancellations
Orders of certain goods may be cancelled and refunded only if fulfillment has not yet begun, as determined in LEGACY MOTOR CLUB’s sole discretion. Once production or fulfillment has commenced, the order may not be cancelled. Pre-Orders are non-refundable. Once a Pre-Order has been placed, the sale is final.
Excluded Items (Final Sale – No Returns or Exchanges)
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Race-used items
- Sheet metal items
- Die-cast items
- Pre-Order items (except in the case of damage or fulfillment error)
Race-used and sheet metal items may exhibit cosmetic wear, imperfections, or shipping-related damage. By purchasing such items, the customer expressly acknowledges and assumes all associated risks.
Due to collector market volatility, die-cast items are final sale.
Size Exchanges (Apparel Only)
Apparel items may be exchanged for a different size within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to availability, provided the item is:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;
- Not a Pre-Order; and
- In original condition as received.
If the requested size is unavailable, LEGACY MOTOR CLUB may, at its discretion, issue store credit in lieu of an exchange. Refunds will not be issued for size-related exchanges.
Return Authorization Required
- All returns or exchanges require prior written approval. Customers must contact clubstore@legacymotorclub.comwith their order number and a description of the issue. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded. If a customer returns an item whose return is not preapproved in writing by LEGACY MOTOR CLUB, the customer authorizes LEGACY MOTOR CLUB (at LEGACY MOTOR CLUB’s option) to; (i) charge the original payment method for applicable return shipping costs; or (ii) retain, not return, and/or to dispose of that returned merchandise if the customer does not pay LEGACY MOTOR CLUB the applicable return shipping costs within 7 days after LEGACY MOTOR CLUB sends customer a demand for such payment.
Return Shipping Costs
- For approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, LEGACY MOTOR CLUBwill reimburse reasonable preapproved return shipping costs upon receipt of a valid shipping receipt.
- For approved size exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping and reshipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If LEGACY MOTOR CLUB determines that returned merchandise does not qualify for return or exchange, the customer authorizes LEGACY MOTOR CLUB (at LEGACY MOTOR CLUB’s option) to; (i) charge the original payment method for applicable return shipping costs; or (ii) retain, not return, and/or to dispose of that returned merchandise if the customer does not pay LEGACY MOTOR CLUB the applicable return shipping costs within 7 days after LEGACY MOTOR CLUB sends customer a demand for such payment.

Condition and Inspection of Returns
All returned items are subject to inspection. LEGACY MOTOR CLUB reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Lost or Unreceived Returns
LEGACY MOTOR CLUB is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or not received. Proof of delivery is required for any refund or exchange consideration.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable processing period following receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Disputes, Chargebacks, and Fraud Prevention
Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with your order, you agree to contact LEGACY MOTOR CLUB at clubstore@legacymotorclub.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting LEGACY MOTOR CLUB may delay resolution and may result in the denial of future purchasing privileges.
Chargebacks
LEGACY MOTOR CLUB actively monitors and responds to chargebacks. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All order confirmations, shipping confirmations, tracking data, delivery confirmations, and this policy may be submitted to payment processors and card networks as evidence in response to a chargeback.
- Chargebacks submitted for orders that comply with this policy, including final-sale items, may be disputed by LEGACY MOTOR CLUB.
- Customers who submit excessive, invalid, or fraudulent chargebacks may have their accounts restricted or banned from future purchases.
Fraud Prevention
LEGACY MOTOR CLUB reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or abuse of store policies. This may include, without limitation:
- Mismatched billing and shipping information
- High-risk transactions flagged by payment processors
- Repeated disputes or chargebacks
- Abuse of return, exchange, or refund policies
In such cases, LEGACY MOTOR CLUB may request additional verification before processing or shipping an order.
Policy Authority and Modifications
LEGACY MOTOR CLUB reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Final determinations regarding returns, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks rest solely with LEGACY MOTOR CLUB, to the extent permitted by law.
